James Kelly, Builder/Developer, founded the Kelly Design Group ten years ago after fifteen years as a successful construction manager in the Residential Real Estate Industry.

Since then, Kelly Design Group has grown to provide construction management, design services, and general contracting for custom homes in the Monmouth and Ocean County areas.  We continue to work on both our client's property or own own properties, ranging in values from $900,000 to $10,000,000.

We have assembled a special group of employees and subcontractors who have old world craftsmanship skills, combined with pride and self respect.  These traits have led to a philosophy of pride in our work and a dedication to servicing our clients.

We are particularly flexible in responding to a client's need to make quick changes in the scope of the work, while the project is in the middle of construction.
